Aurelius Capital Management cleverly packaged off and protected the Asian and European-owned and franchise business recently.

That isolated it from the administration in the UK which will close the costly London-based HQ and stores.

They will have a plan for the UK brand and business. 

No doubt LUSH, Boots UK, Superdrug will be watching closely too
